Lollipop
Lollipop felt the vibrations of the conveyor belt as it quickly moved her towards a box where all her friends waited.
Yeah, we made it! I wonder who my person will be! Lollipop looked around and noticed that there were a lot of other lollies she didn’t know. Blue, orange, and brown too. “Hello, new friends!”, was all Lollipop was able to shout out before the box was sealed, and all went dark.
After a long time, Lollipop saw light again! She and several of the other lollies had a new home. It was clear, and round, and up on a high shelf. Suddenly, a hand dove into her new home.
“Pick me! Pick me!”, Lollipop chirped. Fingers grasped at her stick, and she was hoisted out of the jar. She looked for her person, and saw a face grow near - what huge grins they both shared.

This is a great story for kids! Reminds them that things have a whole life before they interact with them. Good job!
